Community Connect: Ways to Wellbeing

Wellbeing isn’t a destination – it’s a journey. It’s about feeling good, functioning well, and finding balance in everyday life.

That’s what Community Connect: Ways to Wellbeing is all about. This free workshop, hosted by Headlight Trust in collaboration with Lakes Multicultural Collective, introduces you to the 5 Ways to Wellbeing Framework – a simple, practical approach that grew out of international research into how everyday actions can improve mental health.

Forget complicated theories or one-size-fits-all solutions. This workshop is about real, practical activities that you can start using straight away. Together, we’ll explore tools to safeguard and nurture your wellbeing, build habits that last, and create a safe, welcoming space to share stories and experiences.

Join us for a session that’s uplifting, down-to-earth, and designed to leave you feeling better equipped to care for yourself and others.

Please RSVP to reserve your seat, as spaces are limited!
